Will Wescott writes for children of all ages across a variety of genre including creative nonfiction, philosophy for kids, and climate change narratives. He is particularly interested in exploring our reality with the help of science, art, and religion to help people live more fully. Will is inspired by youth, particularly his son, who help him realize his motto “a childhood lasts a lifetime!”
Will has a BSE in Chemical Engineering from Princeton, where he wrote and performed musical comedy, and a Ph.D. from Carnegie Mellon University. He has lived in Italy, Brazil, Mexico, and India, worked on sustainability challenges such as climate change in over thirty countries, and deeply enjoys being immersed in diverse cultures. Will is equally entertaining in four languages.
